10 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 27, 2000 <br /> Public Hearing—James Morgan Livery License: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to continue the Public Hearing on <br /> the application of Upper Cape Transportation Corporation, d/b/a <br /> Mashpee Livery, for a Livery License to operate at 25 Bowdoin Road, <br /> Mashpee to Monday,April 10, 2000, and schedule a separate <br /> Public Hearing on the alleged taxi cab violations in two weeks with <br /> Sergeant Umina of the Mashpee Police Department. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Public Hearin —Herrin Re lations: <br /> The Board reviewed the Herring Regulations as submitted by Leigh <br /> Potter, the Herring Warden. (enclosed) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to accept the Herring Fishery <br /> Regulations as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: 4-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Leveille in opposition. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Approval of Little League Storage Shed: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to place the above as an agenda <br /> topic of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Board received a request from the Mashpee Little League for a <br /> 12x12' storage shed. A second story is proposed for future broadcast <br /> capabilities. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the construction of <br /> a storage shed at the Little League field as requested subject to the <br /> approval of the Building Inspector and Leisure Services Department. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
