Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 22, 2000 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Correspondence from Planning Department: <br /> Designation of Section 504 Compliance Officer: <br /> Approval of Grievance Procedures: <br /> Due to the reorganization of the Board of Selectmen and general update <br /> process, the Planning Board requested approval of appropriate procedures. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to designate the Town <br /> Administrator, Robert Whritenour as the Town's Section 504 <br /> Compliance Officer and Coordinator. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Grievance <br /> Procedures for,Disabled/Handicap Persons. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Acceptance of Contract Amendment—Fire Department: <br /> With reference to Appendix C of the Personnel Administration Plan, the <br /> Fire Chief recommended that the minimum guarantee of hours for call and <br /> seasonal firefighters be changed from a three-hour minimum to a two-hour <br /> minimum. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the amendment of the <br /> PAP, and change the minimum guarantee of hours for call and <br /> seasonal firefighters to a two-hour minimum as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
