TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 138 of Massachusetts General Laws, the Board of Selectmen, acting as <br /> the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee, will conduct a public hearing on the <br /> application of New Seabury Resource Management, Inc., d/b/a New Seabury Country CIub, <br /> -a for a change of description of premise to include the use of a beverage cart from May 1 — <br /> Oct 15 to provide snacks and refreshments on the two golf courses (Blue and Green). Items <br /> to be furnished would include candy, chips, redi-made sandwiches, soda, and beer. No other <br /> alcoholic beverages would be sold in this operation.
