Mr. Pannell indicated that AFCEE hopes to complete the <br /> project by August 3, 2000. Mr. Lewis did not object to the project scope. <br /> Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to grant AFCEE permission to <br /> drill and install monitoring wells within the Town's right-of-way <br /> along the shoulder of Hooppole Road, and permit the extension of <br /> work hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and <br /> 8:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> ` VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> I <br /> SD-5 South—Removal of Recirculating Wells: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above topic on the <br /> Board's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Michael Minior, AFCEE requested the Board approve their request to <br /> remove the open-loop process air pipes and support poles related to the <br /> SD-5 south plume. Work will be conducted weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to <br /> 6:00 p.m. It was noted that the closed-loop systems have been working <br /> well and VOC concentrations are declining in the plume area. <br /> ` Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the request of <br /> AFCEE to remove the open-loop process air pipes and support poles <br /> related to the SD-5 south plume as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
