S <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 28, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Mashpee Auto Brokers Transfer of License: (continued) <br /> Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing_ <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> *Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the maximum of(4) <br /> vehicles as per plan. <br /> *Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> ***Motion withdrawn. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to the Selectmen's stipulation that shall <br /> be considered under Item 7. as set forth by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Special Permit that is conditioned upon compliance; <br /> ...there will be no cars stored or displayed at 680 Falmouth Road. <br /> The proper notification of the Public Hearing was reviewed. It was <br /> deemed that the public notice for this matter is incorrect as it states the <br /> applicant is requesting a transfer of license. A new Public Hearing shall <br /> be duly advertised. The issue of an additional Class II license will be <br /> further clarified during this time. <br /> The Selectmen agreed to continue the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Paul P. Moore, d/b/a Mashpee Auto Brokers to Monday, September 11, <br /> 2000. <br />
