TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> The Board of Selectmen, pursuant to MGL Chapter 130, Section 52, will conduct a <br /> public hearing at the request of the Shellfish Commission regarding a shellfish <br /> management closure of the shellfish propagation area in Great River. The shellfish <br /> seed net area in the Great River area will be closed to shellfishing. The closed area <br /> is a 100 foot by 200-foot rectangle at the South end of Great River (map available in <br /> the Office of Selectmen). The rectangle is oriented East to West with the center at <br /> approximately 410 33.6' North Latitude and 70" 30.9' West Longitude. The corners <br /> will be marked with inflated yellow buoys labeled "Shellfish seed area. No <br /> shellfishing."
