Fish and Wildlife Service: (continued) <br /> Mr. Oliveira indicated that it is their intent to develop and implement a <br /> (planning)process to ensure an opportunity for active public involvement <br /> in the preparation and revision of comprehensive conservation plans on <br /> the federal level. <br /> Public Hearin —Bobby Byrnes re: Change ofDescription: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the liquor license <br /> application of Poets' Pub, Inc., d/b/a Bobby Byrne's Pub to alter the <br /> premises by increasing the seating capacity of the "Sidewalk Cafd"by <br /> twenty(20) seats and by modifying the outside service bar by adding eight <br /> (8)bar stools, all seats visible at all times. <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above discussion. <br /> Robert Byrne was present to discuss the license application request with <br /> members of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Being no quorum, the Board agreed to continue the hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to continue the Public Hearing on <br /> the liquor license application of Poet's Pub,Inc., d/b/a Bobby Byrne's <br /> Pub to Monday,March 15, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 2-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br /> Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and Economic Develo ment <br /> Coordinator re: Proposal for Augat Building: <br /> Due to illness, the Board agreed to continue the above referenced meeting <br /> to Monday, March 15, 1999. <br />
