8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 15, 1999 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of Mashi2ee-Wakeby Lake Management Committee <br /> Member: <br /> Correspondence was received from Steve Cadrin, Mashpee-Wakeby Lake <br /> Management Committee recommending the appointment of George <br /> Bingham as a full voting member to fill the vacancy created by Jim <br /> McGonagle. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint George Bingham to the <br /> Mashpee-Wakeby Lake Management Committee as recommended for <br /> h term to expire; 6/30/99. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointment of Historic District Study Committee Members: <br /> The above referenced matter was deferred by the Board to obtain letters of <br /> interest prior to appointment. In addition, Tribal representation will be <br /> sought. The issue will appear as a future agenda topic of the Selectmen. <br /> Reappgintrnent of Cape Cod Commission Representative: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Cape Cod Commission dated <br /> March 1, 1999 requesting representation for a term of three years. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to reappoint Ernest Virgilio <br /> as Mashpee's representative to the Cape Cod Commission effective; <br /> April 25, 1999 through April 24,2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
