7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 25, 1999 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Review of Town Meetin—WWarrant: <br /> Article#19: A bylaw to address potential permit misuse of <br /> Transfer Station Stickers. <br /> Article removed from the Town Meeting.warrant. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Joint Meeting with Planning Board—Review of Zoning_Articles: <br /> The Board of Selectmen met with the Planning Board to review the zoning <br /> articles that have been placed on the October Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Several wording amendments as incorporated by Town Counsel were <br /> presented to the Selectmen for review. Tom Fudala, the Town Planner <br /> was in attendance. <br /> Article#28: To reduce the number of building permits, which may <br /> be issued annually. <br /> The Planning Board and Town Planner voted unanimously <br /> to support the above referenced article. It was noted that <br /> a petition article appears on the warrant with similar <br /> wording. <br /> Article#29: To amend the zoning bylaw by replacing the term 20% <br /> with the term 40%-Faculty outlet stores. <br /> Article#30: To close the apparent"loophole" in the phasing <br /> requirements of the Growth Management bylaw. <br /> The above referenced article is pending legal review. <br />
