BOARD OF SELECTMEN e Pa MINUTES g TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 1990 - REGULAR SESSION Article #21 and Article #22: The motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to delete #21 and #22 since the fiscal policy has passed. Selectman Lawrence seconded the motion.. The vote of the Board is unanimous. Article 74,23: The motion was 'made by Selectman Gottlieb for Article #23 to remain in the warrant. Selectman.
