Design Review Committee -2- March 8, 2000
At Industrial Drive, the applicant is proposing to save 75
feet of front buffer. The use will be storage and light
manufacturing. All radiuses meet the regulations . At this
point, there is more parking than required.
The applicant proposes Buildings 1 and 4 to be light manu-
facturing. Buildings 2 and 3 would be storage buildings .
Heating equipment contained within the buildings . Cape Cod
Commission has allowed 16, 000 square footage for this
property.
The lot is well screened, except for the back 5 feet . The
site has been cleared to the property line . The committee
requests a minimum of 25 feet of trees at back of lot and
suggests sliding the entire plan forward. There is no
grading topography plan as of yet .
The handicap spaces do not meet the regulations . These
spaces are within 200 feet but need to be placed in front
of the building. The dumpster needs to be screened. The
applicant will need an engineering plan.
Mr. Lutt states he has been given an easement from the Cape
Cod Commission for a septic system. It is suggested the
applicant will have to speak to the Board of Health in
order to pin that down.
Lighting will come off the buildings . Soft colors are
planned for the buildings, with green doors . Signage will
be according to what is allowed; each building is allowed
6 sq. feet .
(Ms .
