P 1.4 Structural Capability_ <br /> The THA shelter has been destruction tested and proven to withstand live loadings <br /> given in the table below. If loads provided here are insufficient, Rubb can provide <br /> modified designs to achieve required load capabilities. Rubb has designed <br /> structures to ground snowloads of over 50 psf and windloads in excess of 120 mph. <br /> THA Load Capability <br /> 19.7' Span 26.22' Scan 32.8' Span 39.4' Span <br /> Load capacity 22 19 9 11 <br /> The THA shelters have been tested by applying a uniform loading to a single truss. <br /> The values shown represent tests results in lb/sq. ft. with a safety factor of 25%. <br /> Higher loadings can be achieved with modified truss bracing or reduced spacing <br /> between trusses. <br /> P 1.5 Anchoring <br /> Several anchoring methods are available. One common method is to use <br /> galvanized steel anchor bars driven at opposing angles. Another is to use anchor <br /> bolts into concrete. Alternative methods are available. <br /> P 1.6 Doors and Ventilation <br /> The structure comes standard with a track mounted PVC folding door in one gable. <br /> Each gable is equipped with a ventilation duct. Exhaust fans or alternative door <br /> systems can be added if desired. <br /> P 2.0 Manufacturer <br /> The manufacturer shall be Rubb Inc. of Sanford, Maine USA. Rubb can provide a <br /> supervisor crew to assist in the installation of the structure. The structure shall <br /> include all necessary accessories, fasteners, anchors, and special tools as required <br /> for erection. Estimated erection time for the structure is 40 square feet per person <br /> hour. <br /> Rubb buildings are warranted against all defects in material and workmanship for a <br /> period of one year from date of delivery. Rubb further guarantees that the fabric <br /> membrane will be free from any deterioration in usefulness for a period of five years. <br /> If any such defects should occur, Rubb will repair these defects at no charge to the <br /> purchaser. Rubb will not be liable for defects which result from unforeseen acts of <br /> God; acts of war; or the negligence of the purchaser, his agents or a third party. <br />
