Joel said the traffic light is controlled by fire vehicles. Bob <br /> indicated he was thinking of safety issue of people exiting the bank site. Kevin Kirrane <br /> commented there is plenty of visibility there; no problem hearing fire apparatus coming. <br /> • Drew McManus said that on the landscape plan they have tree plantings, but are these all <br /> hydrangea. Kevin Kirrane said "yes" all are hydrangea. <br /> • Peter Muise said the number of employees will be 5-7, depending on day. He said the hours <br /> would probably be 9-3:30 which may not be traffic peak times. Kevin Kirrane added that Committee concerned about hydrangea height and here you'd <br /> have a 10' wall. <br /> I <br /> COMMITTEE COMMENTS <br /> Glen Harrington's Comments <br /> • A land surveyor's stamp is required as this is new construction. <br /> • The manhole covers to the septic components must be raised to within 6 inches of grade. <br /> • A note requiring magnetic tape to be placed to locate the piping and septic components must <br /> be added to the plan. <br /> • The reserve area is to be built out at the same time as the primary soil absorption system. <br /> • The site plan requires BOH review and approval by the board at a public meeting. <br /> 2 <br />
