First Citizens' Credit Union continued • Tom O'Hara asked whether there will be a connection to Shellback Way. Kevin Kirrane said no connection since it wouldn't be safe because they'd be using as a thoroughfare through the property. • Tom O'Hara questioned full access off site onto Job's Fishing Road. He suggested right-tum only for safety. • Kevin Kirrane said they are not proposing signage yet but would think to have one sign on the corner of the property at Route 28. • Drew McManus noted they have Pearl's Premium grass on the landscape plan. Charlie Maintanis said that is drought resistant and doesn't need to be mowed as often. • Tom O'Hara commented that it is a nice looking building but said he has concerns about set- back of the building. Kevin Kirrane said Mashpee Commons has mandated control on site/building. • Tom O'Hara asked if the sidewalk is built to the lot line. Kevin said "yes". • Joel Clifford asked if they have an address...Kevin Kirrane said it is 71 Job's Fishing Road. « Kevin confirmed that fire alarm system will be in the building. • Scott Halligan asked about burglar and panic alarms; Kevin said "yes" they have them. • This will be a Massachusetts Corporation. • Bob Nelson asked Joel how frequently the Fire Department makes runs down Job's Fishing Road; Joel responded "frequently". Joel said the traffic light is controlled by fire vehicles. Bob indicated he was thinking of safety issue of people exiting the bank site. Kevin Kirrane commented there is plenty of visibility there; no problem hearing fire apparatus coming. • Drew McManus said that on the landscape plan they have tree plantings, but are these all hydrangea. Kevin Kirrane said "yes" all are hydrangea. • Peter Muise said the number of employees will be 5-7, depending on day. He said the hours would probably be 9-3:30 which may not be traffic peak times. Kevin Kirrane added that office/bank better use rather than retail—he said this is lower impact use. • Tom O'Hara stated,that the building is too close to the street and it would_ give you more room in the back if you moved it. • Peter Muise commented that if you slide west you're going to have more expense and a visible Wall. Kevin Kirrane added that Committee concerned about hydrangea height and here you'd have a 10' wall. I COMMITTEE COMMENTS Glen Harrington's Comments • A land surveyor's stamp is required as this is new construction. • The manhole covers to the septic components must be raised to within 6 inches of grade. • A note requiring magnetic tape to be placed to locate the piping and septic components must be added to the plan. • The reserve area is to be built out at the same time as the primary soil absorption system. • The site plan requires BOH review and approval by the board at a public meeting. 2
