PLANNING BOARD MEETING PAGE 5 <br /> Minutes of June 5. 1985 <br /> Don Hisaka - Approval Not Re uired <br /> Bill Warwick met with the Planning Board representing Don Hisaka in <br /> an Approval Not Required for Lots 1343 & 1342 Uncle Percy's Rd. & <br /> Rock Landing Rd. Mr. Warwick explained to the Board that Mr. Hisaka <br /> wants to construct a new lot line making one lot larger. <br /> Chairman Dubin asked if Mr. Hisaka owned both lots? Mr. Warwick <br /> replied "yes" . Chairman Dubin asked if New Seabury knew about it? <br /> Mr. Warwick replied 'yes, it was approved by the Architectual Review <br /> Board.' ` <br /> Town Engineer reviewed. Board signed the Approval Not Required. <br /> Definitive Plan of Shellback Realty Trust - Br nwaod Associates <br /> The Board reviewed the definitive plan of the Shellback Realty Trust <br /> located at Falmouth-Barnstable Rd. & Rte. 151 . The Board asked the <br /> town engineer to review and comment on by their next meeting of June <br /> 19. A date for the hearing will be set then. The check for $200 was <br /> received. <br /> Definitive Plan of Cartal Develo ment <br /> The Board reviewed the Definitive Plan of Cartal Development located <br /> on the easterly side of Great Neck Road. The Board noted that there <br /> was no preliminary approved by the Board and that the definitive plan <br /> seemed to be an entirely new plan. They asked that Holmes & McGrath <br /> be called and scheduled for the next Board meeting of June 19 due to <br /> the apparent lack of the preliminary plan. No public hearing date <br /> was set up. <br /> Preliminary Plan of Bufflehead Bay <br /> A representative of Bufflehead Bay explained to the Board that the <br /> difference between the plan they were viewing and the one that was <br /> seen by the Board before is that Great Hay Rd. comes all the way <br /> out the the edge of the property. There is 51% of open space instead <br /> of the 34% talked about before. In the build-out and areas between <br /> the parcels would be areas of undisturbed trees. <br /> Chairman Dubin asked the representative to outline the changes made <br /> in the open space since the last plan they Board viewed? <br /> The representative said that they comprised the building area. <br /> Chairman Dubin asked if they had the same number of units as before? <br /> The representative replied that it was the same number of units as <br /> before . <br />
