The Town Planner noted this <br /> may or may not happen, and that this matter should not influence <br /> Board action. <br /> Mr. Kerfoot stated his professional opinion to be that no <br /> reduction in lot number or dwelling size would be forthcoming <br /> with reference to the phosphorous loading. He stated he would <br /> inform the Board of the expected loading regarding the stream <br /> of flow, and the volume of flow associated with it would be <br /> measured and the receiving waters would also be considered. <br /> At this point, the Town Planner noted that the zoning Bylaw <br /> stipulates a minimum nitrogen loading of fifteen (15 lbs. ) pounds <br /> per lot regarding lawn fertilizer, and that the road nitrogen is <br /> higher than what is allowed. <br /> Mr. Kerfoot responded the Cape Cod Commission has revised <br /> this number downward in terms of the loading, based upon current <br /> nitrogen/fertilizers allowed on lawn area. <br /> At this point, the Chairman polled the Board regarding <br /> Applicant ' s submissions . He entertained a motion be made in <br /> this regard. <br /> MOTION_:_ Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve <br /> Applicant ' s Three (3) Lot Definitive Subdivision Plan provided <br /> the following Conditions are met within the next twenty (20) <br /> days : The Plan be revised in accordance with the engineering <br /> concerns expressed by Consulting Engineer, Charles Rowley; that <br /> lawn sizes be restricted to one thousand (1, 000 sq. ft. ) square <br /> feet; and a letter addressing the phosphorus issue be forthcoming <br /> to the Planning Board, as agreed upon by Applicant; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Chance Reichel and so voted unanimously.
