The plans shall be drawn to a scale of 1 inch = 40 <br /> feet. No plan shall exceed perimeter dimensions of l i <br /> 24"x 36" !, <br /> 3. If the Board determines that the plan does not re- <br /> quire approval as a subdivision, it shall, without a <br /> public hearing and within fourteen days of submis- <br /> sion, endorse on the plan the words "Planning Board <br /> Approval Under the Subdivision Control Law Not Re- <br /> quired." Said plan shall .be returned to the applicant cif <br /> and the Board shall notify the Town Clerk of its <br /> action. t <br /> 4. If the Board determines that the plan does require <br /> approval under the Subdivision Control Law, it shall, <br /> within fourteen days of submission of said plan, so <br /> ! inform the applicant and return the plan. No plan of a subdivision of land shall be approved unless, <br /> after adequate investigation, the Board determines that the <br /> ., land -can be used without danger to health, life or property, <br /> and that the plan is compatible with neighboring conditions. <br /> Any person, before submitting his Definitive Plan for ap- <br /> proval shall submit to the Board and the Board of Health a <br /> Preliminary Plan showing the proposed subdivision in a gen- <br /> eral j <br /> eral manner.
