The applicant shall: <br /> 1. Prepare Form B in triplicate, the original and one <br /> copy to go to the Board with two copies of the Pre- <br /> liminary plan, and one duplicate of Form B to go to <br /> the Board of Health with one copy of the Preliminary <br /> Plan. <br /> :r <br /> r <br /> C 2. Give written notice to the Town Clerk by delivery or <br /> P i <br /> registered mail, postage prepaid, that applicant has <br /> 1 submitted such a plan. <br /> 3. The names of all abutters as determined from <br /> the most recent tax list. <br /> d.
