A second developer will pay
100% of the layout and construction costs of the
project north of Route 28 . As a result of these
contributions, a significant, although undetermined,
portion of the $20,000 would be refunded to the Town.
The locus of this area is shown on the same plan re-
ferenced in the preceding article.
Motion to reconsider Article 40 8:35 P.M.
Article 55 :
To see. if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to
sell or otherwise assign a perpetual easement for roadway and utility
purposes to the Dolphin Bay Corporation, its heirs and assignees, over
a portion of that parcel of Town-owned land identified on the 1985
Mashpee Assessors ' Maps as Map 61, Plot 3 , said portion being shown on
a plan entitled "Proposed Easement Plan, Town of Mashpee/Dolphin Bay"
which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and being bounded by
a line beginning at the northern side line of State Route 28 where it
intersects the eastern property line of Map 61, Plot 3, thence
northerly along the eastern property line of Map 61, Plot 3 a distance
of 813.50 feet, thence westerly along a line which is perpendicular to
the eastern property line of Map 61, Plot 3 a distance of 40 feet,
thence southerly following a line which is parallel to and 40 feet
-49-
