This infor- <br /> mation is mandatory prior to state DEQE approval of a <br /> well site for public use. The defined recharge areas <br /> are also necessary to more accurately define those <br /> lands requiring protection under the Towns Ground- <br /> water Protection District by-law. <br /> Article 61 : <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town By-Laws by deleting the <br /> current Section 2.17. 1 and substituting the following new Sections: <br /> "Section 2. 17 Cable Advisory Committee <br /> Section 2 . 17. 1 Membership <br /> The Selectmen shall appoint a Cable Advisory <br /> Committee consisting of not more than seven <br /> members .
