MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 26, 2025
Mr. Bonvie mentioned that he requires the storm water management information for
a 25-year storm and that any water runoff remains on the property.
An abutter that resides at 294 Shore Drive had questions for the Board. He had
concerns with the driveway, and the flooding issue on the street. He asked what the
average original grade is.
Mr. Bonvie said that it is not the responsibility of the Board to make sure that one
person takes care of everyone's problem, but will make sure that it is not worse.
Mr. Goldstein said the average grade will have to be noted on the plan.
Mr. Bonvie asked Mr. Dibb if the plan has existing and proposed grades on the site
plan. Mr. Dibb said that the plans do have that information on the plan.
The Board suggested that the abutter submit a letter with all the concerns prior to
the next meeting.
An abutter at 11 Pine Avenue is in support of the project but had concerns with the
storm water runoff.
The applicant requested a continuance until May 14, 2025, but asked if he could be
added to the April 23, 2025 meeting if possible. Mr. Reidy made a motion that the
hearing be continued until May 14, 2025, and as an alternative for April 23, 2025.
Mr. Furbush second.
