Mr. Furbush made a <br /> motion, Mr. Caggiano second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Millers Pools Inc. <br /> under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws and MGL Ch. 131 §40. Proposed <br /> construction of a spa shall be setback at least fifty (50) feet from any water or wetland <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, and Little Neck Bay Cluster <br /> Subdivision, Map 120, Parcel 135, Mashpee, MA. Owners of Record: Robert A. <br /> Sherman and Kim S. Sawyer with the following conditions; <br /> 1.
