Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6. Conditioned that the applicant seek and obtain the Building Department review <br /> in reference to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town Bylaws prior to the <br /> application of a building permit. <br /> 7. Cotter request a <br /> Written Finding §174-17, and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a second <br /> floor addition and deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 90, Parcel <br /> 58, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from 2126125, 4123125. Requested further <br /> continuance until Wednesday, June 11, 2025.) <br /> Sitting on this hearing are Ms. Sangeleer, Mr. Furbush, Mr. Goldstein, Mr. Caggiano, <br /> and Mr. Ganzenmuller. <br /> Mr. Milbury read a letter from Attorney Kirrane requesting a continuance until <br /> Wednesday, June 11, 2025. <br /> Attorney Kirrane spoke and had nothing to add because the application requires <br /> Conservation Commission review. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board accept the continuance until June 11, <br /> 2025.
