Ms.Tripp went on to highlight what is <br /> needed to put Phase 1 System into Activation.The WRRF needs to be accepted by DEP, Pump Stations <br /> need to be accepted by DEP, Collection System needs to be accepted by the Town, there needs to be <br /> Operation staff in place,the System Supports need to be in place and customers need to be connected. <br /> Chair Harris asked Ms.Tripp what is meant by the collection system that needs to be accepted by the <br /> Town.
