Town of Mashpee Sewer Commission <br /> t <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> accepted,they are under the contractor's warranty as are the odor control, building itself.The <br /> contractor will support for a year. <br /> (PowerPoint) <br /> Operation Staff Engaged <br /> • Contract operations for Mashpee <br /> o Requests for Bids/ Proposal on the street <br /> o Questions due to Town on April 18, 2025 <br /> o Interviews being held May 9, 2025 <br /> o Award May 16, 2025 (target) <br /> o Under contract by end of May <br /> • For May 20, 2025,target <br /> o Provided DEP Temporary Staffing Plan <br /> o Jared Meader Chief Operator <br /> o W&S (currently used or Town contract)to back up Mr. Meader <br /> Ms.Tripp stated that Mashpee is obtaining contractor operations for five (5)years.Three (3)firms <br /> attended the mandatory informational meeting so, at most,there will be three (3) RFPs. Mr. Meader <br /> stated that the question and interview timeline has been authorized to be extended by one (1) week. <br /> Mr. Nair asked if the number of Operators that are needed is known. Mr. Meader answered that <br /> according to the staffing plan,that is followed by the DEP,there needs to be 3.2 operators,full-time <br /> with 24/7 availability. Ms.Tripp explained that Mr. Meader is a Grade 7 Operator so he will be the Chief <br /> Operator. Wesson and Sampson will back Mr. Meader up. Mr. Lyons asked who activates the Towns <br /> plan.
