All in favor. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Osprey Court <br /> The infrastructure is in, the roadway base material and subgrating was prepared, and they are <br /> weeks away from paving and getting the binding course down. Everything is looking great. <br /> Island Pickel <br /> Construction has started, Mr. Pesce was on site April 24t", excavating has started and they are <br /> putting in the footing, with 20% complete. They are ways away from site work and drainage. <br /> Country Club Estates <br /> The final phase of work finished yesterday, and he was given additional photos. He met with <br /> the contractor, the detention basins were finished, now they are loamed and ready to be <br /> seeded. The next phase of work will be starting. He provided questions about grating, and he <br /> was given updated plans that show changes. He will reach out regarding the entrance then <br /> follow up with Mr. Balzarini, Mr. Tobin, and Mr. Hansen, as to what remains to be done. <br /> Ockway Highlands <br /> He was last on site April 2nd. The basin on Carriage Rd. was being worked on. The roadside <br /> slopes look good and today it looked even better, as we are in growing season. <br /> Silverleaf Road <br /> The final layer of paving was finished, and Mr. Pesce was contacted for approval. Mr. Pesce is <br /> aware and after seeing the photos he approved. One basin was buried. <br /> 5 <br />
