Water Management <br /> • Commissioner raised concerns about existing water issues in the area <br /> • 23 Wilson's Grove should see improvement with large recharge basin, regrading, and <br /> gutters tied to catch basin <br /> • 25 Wilson's Grove will have slight increase in impermeability <br /> • Project representative offered to consider adding a second catch basin <br /> • Discussion of adding vegetative strips to increase drainage <br /> • Commissioners noted historically significant water issues in the neighborhood <br /> Stormwater Solutions <br /> • Suggestion for enhanced stormwater management measures after construction <br /> • Discussion of additional conditions for stormwater management during construction <br /> phase <br /> • Flood vents in basement are noted as beneficial for stormwater management <br /> • Staff identified private road as major contributor to water issues <br /> • Road is built up on top of coastal dune (pre-existing 1979) creating barrier for water <br /> drainage <br /> • Suggestion that road needs attention from neighborhood/owners <br /> Motion <br /> • Mr. Sahl made a motion to close and issue with conditions: <br /> o Adding a second catch basin <br /> o Addition of a strip along the middle of driveway <br /> o Any excavation concerns to notify staff <br /> • Ms. Godfrey seconded the motion <br /> • Vote: Mr. Sahl (Yes), Ms. Godfrey (Yes), Ms. Clapprood (Yes), Mr. Colombo (Yes) <br /> o Motion passed unanimously <br /> Agent (Resource Areas: Land subject to coastal storm flowage; isolated; no other wetlands <br /> within 150 ft of project locus) <br /> • Revised plans submitted showing flood vent locations, abutting properties, and tree <br /> details <br /> • Revised project description submitted with waiver request from Regulation 25 (C) 7 (C) <br /> — Setbacks and summary of plan revisions <br /> ➢ Board of Health: New septic construction must meet full compliance with BOH <br /> I/A septic systems regulation.
