Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Hansen: Yes, Mr. Oakley: Yes, Mr. Balzarini: Yes, Ms. Faulkner: Yes, Ms. <br /> Waygan: Yes <br /> Ockway Highlands Tripartite Agreement Request for Release <br /> This will be reevaluated at the July 16th meeting to allow for grass growth. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Proposed Warrant Article to Delete Section 174-24(C)(G): Special Permit Modifications <br /> Regarding Annexing Land <br /> This pertains to a cluster subdivision or multifamily, when the applicant is seeking land <br /> enhancements they will need to comply with current zoning bylaws. The red lined version will <br /> be available at the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to submit the proposed Warrant Article to Delete <br /> Section 174-24(C)(G) to the Select Board. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> Proposed Warrant Article for Lots in Multiple Zoning Districts <br /> When a lot has spilt zones in residential, commercial, or industrial, point of access for industrial <br /> or commercial cannot be on the residential side of the lot. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Oakley made a motion to submit the Split Zone Access amendment to the <br /> Select Board, that will limit access to/from industrial or commercial zone of the <br /> lot. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> Proposed Warrant Article for Solar Energy Systems Amendment <br /> Mr. Tobin previously thought of two pathways to approach this, however, he now has a third <br /> possibility. The Planning Board is the only one who can grant dimensional waivers per the <br /> Zoning Bylaw. Option 1: Require a Special Permit in 1-1 for all applications. Option 2: Prohibit <br /> Waivers in 1-1. Option 3: Plan Review for applications not seeking waivers in 1-1 and a Special <br /> Permit for applications seeking waivers in the 1-1. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to authorize the Town Planner to write up Option 3 as <br /> a draft to the Solar Energy Amendment, thus allowing waivers sought through <br /> 3 <br />
