MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 11, 2025 <br /> Mr. Bonvie wanted to make certain that if a motion is made, that the Board condition <br /> that the proposed room in the basement shall have a 5 ft. cased opening to avoid a <br /> fourth bedroom; that the Board does not approve the "after the fact iron or stockade <br /> fence" noted on the site plan, and that the shed relocation be approved by the <br /> Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush so moved. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding for 222 Fells Pond <br /> Road with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Prepared for: Brian and Dorie Kilduff, 222 Fells Pond Road, Mashpee, <br /> MA. Scale: 1" = 20', Revisions: 4/16/25: Add After the Fact Approval Note For <br /> Existing Fences, 5/12/25: Relocate Shed, Revise Mitigation Plantings, Revise <br /> Limit of Work Detail, and Add Lawn & Landscaping Areas. 6/12/25: Update <br /> Required Lot Coverage Percentage.
