Mr. Bunker also acknowledged that N loading calcs have <br /> <br /> not been provided yet. Angela Tanner of Crawford Land Management described the mitigation <br /> <br /> <br /> planting plan. Mrs. Thornbrugh mentioned that N calculations have not been received and waiver request was <br /> <br /> not sufficient. She also inquired about the Natural Heritage correspondence. Mrs. Thornbrugh <br /> <br /> <br /> asked about square footage clarification of mitigation plantings. Mrs Tanner clarified about <br /> <br /> plantings and square footages. Further conversation ensued. Mr. Colombo referenced Reg. 33 <br /> <br /> <br /> (riverfront) and the 5,000 square footage threshold. Mr. Colombo asked the applicant if they <br /> <br /> were requesting a variance from zoning. Mr. Bunker clarified they are seeking a special permit, not a variance. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mr. Colombo asked what the total square footage of disturbances is existing on the lot. Mr. Bunker did not have <br /> <br /> that information available. Mr. Colombo informed Mr. Bunker that this information on square <br /> <br /> <br /> footage of disturbance should be provided to ensure that the threshold for alterations within <br /> <br /> riverfront is not exceeded. Mrs Pitt expressed concerns about steepness of the bank and stability of the bank <br /> <br /> <br /> during any construction activity. Additional conversation regarding construction methodology and erosion <br /> <br /> control between commissioners and Mr. Bunker ensued. Agent Kent recommended <br /> <br /> <br /> adding construction methodology to a revised project narrative that addresses bank stability and erosion <br /> <br /> control. Additional conversation regarding beech trees on the site, which have been impacted <br /> <br /> <br /> by Beech leaf disease and any other trees thatmay be impacted by proposed activities. <br /> <br />th <br /> Mrs Thornbrugh motioned for a continuance to Sept 4, 2025.
