She is concerned aboutvehicles thatviolate this design.
Mr. Dibb said that there is an island in between these lanes and will be curbed. Mr.
Bogosian said that the traffic study plan is about 99.9% completed. However, he wanted
to get more feedback from the design team. He said that there will be visual aspects to
that curb cutthatwill be almost intimidating, and thewidth will meet the minimumstandard
requirements. There will be the appropriate signage associated with those turns.
Ms. Laurent noticed on the plan that there will be a flashing light beacon for pedestrians
at the Rte. 28 entrance and exit, and asked how the traffic will be affected. The various businesses and
properties along that road have had issues and want to know who is responsible to
maintain that road.
Mr. Bogosian said as the owner of the property, he is responsiblefor maintaining those
beacon lights, and will also be responsible for maintaining the cross walks and traffic
laneson ShellbackWay. He will also maintain upto the lot line adjacent to his property
on Sh ell back Way.
Mr. Morris asked if the existing parking lot of the bank will be connected to the store's
parking lot. Mr. Bogosian said; no, based on the traffic studies, it will be a separate
entrance to provide the adequate flow of traffic.
Ms. Laurent stated that the O&M Plan did not mention anything about the pervious
pavement. Mr. Dibb said that was discussed with the CCC and will be added to that plan.
2
