He has been receiving noise complaintcalls <br /> over the past year regarding the existing businesses adjacent to the proposed lot <br /> regarding trucks, dumpster containers, on-loading and off-loading of groceries, etc., and <br /> there seem to be plenty of buffer space. <br /> He asked if there is any mitigation that can be done to prevent these noisome issues, <br /> such as specific hours of delivery times, and installing a sound barrier, or if there are <br /> specific trees that might help mitigate these issues. <br /> Mr. Seabu ry mentioned that there iscurrentlya petition in place to eliminate gas-powered <br /> leaf blowers. He said that these complaints have been forwarded to the Town <br /> Administrator. <br /> Mr. Bogosian said that there is an elaborate landscape plan in place, and there will be <br /> the installation of extra vegetation along the truck lane thatfaces Rte. 28. He said that his <br /> client is customer based, and he will do his best to meet the standard requirements. Mr. <br /> Bogosian said as the owner of the property, he has a maintenance division,and he will <br /> work with his clientto assist in all aspects of any related issues with the property.
