Minutes of Meeting of Plan Review Committee Tuesday, June 3, 2025 Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room Zack Seabury, Health Agent Mr. Seabury doesn't have any comments with the septic system, but the property is abutting an R-3 (Residential neighborhood). He has been receiving noise complaintcalls over the past year regarding the existing businesses adjacent to the proposed lot regarding trucks, dumpster containers, on-loading and off-loading of groceries, etc., and there seem to be plenty of buffer space. He asked if there is any mitigation that can be done to prevent these noisome issues, such as specific hours of delivery times, and installing a sound barrier, or if there are specific trees that might help mitigate these issues. Mr. Seabu ry mentioned that there iscurrentlya petition in place to eliminate gas-powered leaf blowers. He said that these complaints have been forwarded to the Town Administrator. Mr. Bogosian said that there is an elaborate landscape plan in place, and there will be the installation of extra vegetation along the truck lane thatfaces Rte. 28. He said that his client is customer based, and he will do his best to meet the standard requirements. Mr. Bogosian said as the owner of the property, he has a maintenance division,and he will work with his clientto assist in all aspects of any related issues with the property. He will work with his client and provide a specific maintenance plan that will include a related work timing schedule with his employees.
