Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, June 3, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Joseph Peltier, Fire Chief <br /> Add his email here. There was discussion regarding fire hydrant locations, and the <br /> sprinklerroom location. Mr. Peltierwould like to have a separate meeting to discussthe <br /> specificfire safety and equipment locations,and radio communication system and will be <br /> required to be maintained yearly. <br /> (Submitted via email on June 3, 2025 at 3:00 pm) Comments: <br /> Hydrantlocation and Sprinkler Connection location. <br /> BDA, Bi-Directional Amplifier for radio communications within the building. <br /> Sprinkler system/Permit <br /> Alarm system/ Permit <br /> Kitchen Ansul System/ Permit <br /> Turning radius for Ladder 356 <br /> Appropriate Fire lanes <br /> Will any propane sales be available? <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Mr. McManus said that there is no wetlands or habitat present on this site. His comments <br /> would be to see natural vegetative screening, and generally arborvitae is used for noise <br /> screening. It was suggested to provide an updated plan forthe formal hearing especially <br /> with the abutter's notification. <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> Mr. Seaburyasked if there will be a kitchen proposed, if so, a grease trap would have to <br /> be added. <br /> Brian Tobin, Town Planner <br /> Mr. Tobin wants to see a revised landscape plan, and revised traffic study. He asked if a <br /> study was done on the bike path because there's an easement that runs along that path. <br /> Mr. Tobin asked if there was an opinion from the applicant's Attorney regarding that study, <br /> and would like a copy of that. <br /> Mr. Dibb said that they had a meeting with DOT and went through the design phase of <br /> the curb cut. Mr. Bogosian mentioned that two years ago the Attorney comment was to <br /> maintain the bike path easement area and is specific to Mashpee. <br /> 4 <br />
