MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 13, 2025
There were no comments from the audience.
Mr. Bonvie asked the Board to vote.
Attorney Wall asked for a continuance because he wanted time to review Mr.
Morris' letter that was read into the record. He also requested that the Board ask
for Town Counsel's opinion.
Mr. Morris commented that he wanted this to be completed. He said the appeal
for his decision is regarding a request to build a home, it's not an appeal to build
a garage. He asked the Board to deny both applications with prejudice.
