Deputy Fire <br /> Chief- <br /> The Select Board reviewed the proposed inclusion of a new article seeking Capital <br /> Improvement Program (CIP)funding for Fire Department equipment. Present forthe <br /> discussion were Fire Chief Joseph Peltier and Deputy Fire Chief Brenden Ramsey. <br /> The proposed article would appropriate funds in FiscalYear 2026 to purchase keyfire and <br /> EMS equipment, originally scheduled for FY 2027, utilizing ambulance reserve receipts. <br /> Deputy Chief Ramsey, who previously served as EMS Officer, emphasized thatthis plan is <br /> centered around long-term cost savings fortheTown of Mashpee. <br /> 8 <br />
