All in favor. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Tim Dorsey- He lives on Blue Castle Drive, he has legal documents with Rules and <br /> Regulations of Blue Castle Drive and Carriage Road, and there is a large pile of dirt along with <br /> large machinery next door. This is a residential neighborhood and there is a business <br /> operating out of it. Unpermitted land is being used to process loam piles, that are loaded into <br /> dump trucks, not for Ockway Highlands, but taken to unknown places. This is operating across <br /> three lots on Carriage Road that do not have building permits with giant conveyor belt <br /> machines that are entering and exiting. <br /> Ms. Waygan reminded him this Board cannot enforce, we set the rules, and the Building <br /> Commissioner is the Zoning Enforcement Agent. She will follow up with the Town Manager. <br /> Mr. Tobin added that enforcement has started with citations given, next week there will be <br /> fines. The sand piles are next to the swales. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORTS <br /> Project Reviews and Inspections <br /> Island Pickle <br /> The building is completely framed.
