Next week he may see the
transformer. The drainage in the north corner has been constructed. The detention basin by
the front infiltration rain gardens have not been started, but the site is making good progress.
They are striving for a November 3rd opening.
Osprey Court
No changes to report, he is waiting on the final paving. Kevin Mahoney with Pastore
Construction wasn't sure when they would be back on site. Compaction testing will need to be
done prior to paving.
474 Main St. /Ashumet
Building work continues with no movement on site work. The major drainage was installed but
is not connected yet. Swales were put in place. They are waiting to go forward on their
modifications.
Country Club Estates
Mr. Pesce produced the Memo on the safety of that corner. The sign says Bayberry Village upon entry. It is a very old
subdivision dating back to 1972. The road has lots of cracks, aged pavement, and replacement
in 3-5 years is generous, should be sooner. He looked at the drainage system, and every catch
basin on the plan was present. There are no erosion problems, all dry accumulation of leaves,
meaning they are above the groundwater table. They will need to cleaned out. The DPW
6
