The sign says Bayberry Village upon entry. It is a very old <br /> subdivision dating back to 1972. The road has lots of cracks, aged pavement, and replacement <br /> in 3-5 years is generous, should be sooner. He looked at the drainage system, and every catch <br /> basin on the plan was present. There are no erosion problems, all dry accumulation of leaves, <br /> meaning they are above the groundwater table. They will need to cleaned out. The DPW <br /> 6 <br />
