5 <br /> <br /> <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes-Executive Session <br />August 15, 2024 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />To consider the purchase, lease or value of the following parcel of real property; parcel 71-55 <br />located at 475 Nathan Ellis Highway pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with the Chair <br />having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position <br />of the CPC: (continued) <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. Waygan to vote to make an offer for the Acquisition of 475 Nathan <br />Ellis Highway, Mashpee. Town Counsel is directed to prepare a written offer in the <br />amount of $2.8 million in CPA funds for the Acquisition of 475 Nathan Ellis Highway, Map <br />71, Parcel 55, and to provide a copy of the appraisal dated July 30, 2024 by Clancy <br />Appraisal Company, Inc. to the applicant. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Klein. <br />VOTE: 8-0.
