She believes it requires a variance. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for other Board comments. There were none. He asked for a <br /> motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Reidy, so moved. Mr. Milbury, second. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion regarding the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owner, John <br /> W. Cuming, Trustee of The Cuming Family GST Non-Exempt Trust under §174- <br /> 25 (H) (7) and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a 20 ft. x 12 ft. garage <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 84, Parcel 20, Mashpee, MA <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Plot Plan - Prepared for Simons Narrows LLC, Project: 0 Simons Narrows <br /> Rd, Mashpee, MA. Sheet No. 1 of 1, Date: November 30, 2021, Prepared <br /> by: Cape 8s Islands Engineering, Title: Proposed Storage Shed.
