Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record <br /> including but not limited to the Board of Health and Conservation <br /> Department comments. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6. Conditioned that the applicant seek and obtain the Building Department <br /> review in reference to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town Bylaws prior <br /> to the application of a building permit. <br /> 7. The Board finds under §174-17.1 and §174-33 that the proposed project <br /> as submitted is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood <br /> than the existing conditions prior to removal of the existing structure, and <br /> that there is adequate land area on the subject lot to provide sufficient <br /> parking, and there are no new nonconformities being created. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, second, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Milbury, yes, <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes. <br /> All were in favor to issue a Special Permit. <br /> 383 Mashpee Neck Road: Owners, William D. and Bridget M. Cotter request a <br /> Written Finding §174-17, and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a second <br /> floor addition and deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 90, <br /> Parcel 58, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance until Wednesday, April 23, 2025. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the applicant's continuance until <br /> April 23, 2025. Mr. Milbury, so moved. Mr. Reidy, second. All were in favor. <br /> Chairman Bonvie mentioned that he will not be at the next meeting on <br /> Wednesday, March 12, 2025. He asked Ms. Sangeleer to Chair the meeting. Mr. <br /> Bonvie also mentioned that the Board will meet once a month until further notice <br /> and will take a vote at the next meeting. <br /> 41 Echo Road: Owner, Triple M Management, LLC requests a Modification of <br /> the Special Permit Decisions, (SP-2015-33 and SP-2019-36), under §174-24 (C) <br /> (9) (c) of the Zoning Bylaws, to reflect current street address of property as 41 <br /> Echo Road, located in a I1 Zoning District, Map 19, Parcel 3-8 and 3-9, Mashpee, <br /> MA.
