Mr. Tobin answered they anticipate a 2-3 week turnaround from the CCC. The Tribal Council still needs to provide input. The Public Comment period is currently open. It was dispersed to Department Heads and all Chairs of committees and boards. MOTION: Ms. Waygan made a motion to bring this back to public agenda on the first and third Wednesday of January, plus an additional meeting on a Saturday, with the goal of gathering comments and finishing the Planning Board's review by mid- February, for the commencement of the Public Comment period and the distribution to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council, and any other regional entities of importance. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. Roll Call Vote: (3-2) Mr. Balzarini: No, Ms. Faulkner: Yes, Mr. Oakley: No, Ms. Waygan: Yes, Mr. Millbury: Yes Mr. Tobin wanted to establish an end date of January 31, 2026 for Public Comment. He will communicate this to the public, who have already been informed it is open and on the webpage. MOTION: Ms. Waygan made a motion to put the LCP out for Public Comment until January 31, 2026, issue public notice, with a description of how to submit comments, collect input, and view a copy in the Planning Department.
