There is a consensus to waive the <br /> sidewalk, with an effort to increase lighting and develop a lighting plan in the parking areas. <br /> Mr. Oakley noted he is okay with moving forward with these waivers, as is, two lights per <br /> home. Ms. Faulkner is interested in lumens and glare into homes, and the lighting on Garden <br /> D rive. <br /> Mr. Tobin added due to needing the Certificate of Action, another meeting is required. A final <br /> vote will be taken by February 2nd. There could be an additional light added to the end of the <br /> cul de sac, near the road, or additional lighting on Garden Drive, if the Board waives lights on <br /> Topspin Way. <br /> Mr. Galanis stated lighting on Garden Drive is not an option as the easements belong to the <br /> club. It's out of the jurisdiction of this project. The parking lot is a possibility, as well as down <br /> by the end of the cul de sac. <br /> Ms. Waygan asked if there was no waiver, where would the lights go? The answer is within <br /> the boundary near the intersection of Topspin or Great Oak. <br /> Mr. Tobin noted the corner of Topspin and Garden Drive or Great Oak down to the parking lot <br /> of the courts could have additional lighting. <br /> Ms. Waygan stated they will be able to deal with the waivers. Mr. Tobin needs the Certificate <br /> of Action, and once a consensus is made about lighting, conditions for the certificate can be <br /> drafted or can be reflected on the plans, or both. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing to January 21, 2026 at <br /> 6:OOPM.
