<br />Select Board <br />November 3,2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve the pole installation as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Application for Change of Alcoholic License Class from Seasonal to Annual for the <br />following Establishments: Attorney David Pisano <br /> Concert New Seabury LLC dba The Lure of Popponesset <br /> Concert New Seabury LLC dba Popponesset Inn <br /> Concert New Seabury LLC dba New Seabury Athletic Club & Pool <br />Pursuant to M.G.L. c138 §15A, the Select Board, acting as the Local Licensing Authority for <br />the Town of Mashpee, will conduct a public hearing on the Applications to change the Class <br />from Seasonal to Annual License for the following establishments: Concert New Seabury, <br />LLC dba the Lure of Popponesset, Concert New Seabury, LLC dba Popponesset Inn, Concert <br />New Seabury, LLC dba New Seabury Athletic Club and Pool. <br /> <br /> Sean Mossman, Manager of Records, appeared before the Board regarding a license change <br />request for The Lure and the Popponesset Inn & Athletic Club, with the company attorney. <br />The applicants requested to change their license from seasonal to annual to allow year- <br />round operations and the ability to hold events without seasonal restrictions. <br /> <br />Town Manager Rodney Collins asked whether there were plans to close either location for <br />thirty consecutive days or longer, noting that such closures would conflict with an annual <br />license. It was stated that the Popponesset Inn typically closes from Columbus Day to mid- <br />April, and The Lure follows a similar schedule, but the intent moving forward is to remain <br />open year-round and host events during the o?-season <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
