Ultimately, light the road, light the intersection, <br /> not the houses. <br /> Mr. Galanis answered that the light is inside the unit pointing down, so it does not refract far, <br /> and certainly not across the street. Mr. Milbury added that the homes are set back more. <br /> Mr. Tobin will write up the conditions to consider as well as the three waivers from the <br /> Mashpee Subdivision Rules and Regulations. <br /> - Section 8-1: No sidewalks. <br /> - Section 8-0: No street lighting proposed but slightly modified for some lighting. <br /> - Section 7A-9: Distance between roadways requiring 125ft., 95ft. proposed. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to waive Section 7A-9, with plans showing a <br /> minimum distance of 95ft. between roadways. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. Millbury Abstained. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to waive Section 8-1, with no sidewalks proposed. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br /> Mr. Millbury Abstained. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to waive Section 8-0 for lighting requirements, <br /> acknowledging the current plan as amended, to show some lighting. Seconded <br /> by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> Mr. Millbury Abstained. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to close the Public Hearing. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. <br /> All in favor. <br /> Mr. Millbury Abstained. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept this plan on 1/21/2026 as amended with the <br /> following conditions: no light spilling over property lines at Great Oak Road, with <br /> exception to the intersection, and secondly, no light spilling over into <br /> neighboring residents. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> Mr. Millbury Abstained. <br /> 3 <br />
