She <br /> also confirmed the assumption identified at the last hearing regarding future conditions is also <br /> being looked at and will include those unbuilt projects, the approved Mashpee Commons and <br /> the PEL on Commons. Regarding future conditions, they have gotten an updated list on on- <br /> going projects. Ms. Sullivan also confirmed they are working on Trader Joe's specific data for <br /> future conditions. <br /> Ms. Sullivan listed the mitigation efforts that look at high crash rates, this means there are on <br /> average more than 3 crashes a year at said site: <br /> - Archers Path at Orchard Road <br /> - Rt 28 & Meetinghouse Road <br /> - Mashpee Rotary <br /> - Rt. 28 & Jobs Fishing Road <br /> - Rt. 28 & Redbrook Road <br /> - Rt. 28 & Shellback Way <br /> The crash data has patterns that provide safety mitigations, in addition, single timing <br /> adjustments at Shellback Way to offset project related impacts. The safety concerns were at <br /> the request of the Commission. <br /> Mr. Tobin asked if any addressed concerns other than safety. It was answered outside of <br /> Shellback Way considered safety only. <br /> Mr. Tobin stated if there were some other local concern regarding mitigation efforts, at little to <br /> no cost of the applicant, he asked if that would be considered by the applicant, and the <br /> applicant confirmed. <br /> 13 <br />
