She is concerned about congestion and potential <br /> increase in accidents. This is too close to residential and should be separated more for a <br /> commercial area, as this is a private way and the only means of egress for the already existing <br /> condos. She wants to make sure the traffic considerations include peak summer. She asked if <br /> 15 <br />
