Limiting those deliveries to the Rt. 28 entrance for right turns in only is a nice step <br /> and he would like to further look at delivery lanes with the right turn out as well, to understand <br /> the burden it may place on logistics. Mr. Tobin also agreed with Mr. Oakley's suggestion of an <br /> onsite bus stop with a shelter, if there was a right turn in and out only for the bust route. <br /> Ms. Waygan would like a condition for delivery hours, as abutters have discussed timing of <br /> deliveries <br /> Mr. Bogosian added the approved shelter is in coordination with approval from the CCRTA, <br /> and the real question is, will this stop be added to their route? <br /> Ms. Waygan knows someone on that board and would like to send this over for their review <br /> and input. <br /> Mr. Tobin added this Board needs to consider the return route as well. <br /> The fire gate was discussed, formerly Waggs Road, currently Prescott Way. It came before this <br /> Board previously, but not in an irremovable fashion. Mr. Tobin would like a further look into that <br /> option. <br /> Mr. Tobin also added the line of site and foresting for abutters at the condos. On C102, you can <br /> get a better sense of that, if the forest doesn't screen that view, plantings can provide a <br /> screening of sufficient height, even if it grows in eventually. He asked about the screening <br /> provided by the trees to be planted at the top of the hill, stating a preference for an opaque <br /> screen to block abutter view of the development. <br /> Mr. Bogosian is open to plantings to protect privacy and ensure no gaps in the trees. The <br /> height at time of planting is 7-8ft. The maturity of these evergreens reaches 30-40ft. <br /> Mr. Dibbs stated the trees would be about a dozen arborvitae, 7-8ft. tall at planting and 30-40ft. <br /> at time of maturity. <br /> Ms. Chirsty stated she is feeling positive from an engineering perspective. With that being said, <br /> there are still a number of items to review. She wants the Board to consider the property line <br /> 10ft. vegetated buffers. Now there is a retaining wall.
