The appeals period has expired, they are still holding the <br /> Mylar, the Clerk's office signed off, the surety has been deposited, and they are just waiting for <br /> it to show up on the books before release. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> LCP Review and Update <br /> The Executive Summary review is in the packet. The Cape Cod Commission had comments <br /> about the Growth Policy statement. <br /> Ms. Waygan would like to look at additional photos for chapters, as one shows a business no <br /> longer here and the housing chapter has a picture of a waterfront property. <br /> Mr. Tobin stated the plan is to send all documents to the consultant for reformatting, then to the <br /> Commission for comment, and back to the Planning Board to finalize. <br /> Mr. Milbury inquired about Ernie Virgilio coming to talk with the Planning Board as the liaison to <br /> the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> Mr. Tobin went over what is left to be edited: Vision Statement, table for appendix, photos, <br /> survey summary into Executive Summary, and add the survey to the appendix. <br /> Ms. Waygan would like Mr. Virgilio to come to the last meeting to discuss the revisions. <br /> Willow Circle Lot 1 Modification of Tree Planting <br /> Mr. Tobin commented he met the abutter Carol Souza last summer. An agreement was made <br /> with the applicant regarding planting of trees on the inside of her fence, put into a letter and <br /> signed by Ms. Souza and the developer. Ms. Souza confirmed she received actual notice of <br /> this public meeting for this minor modification. She left a voicemail with the Planning <br /> Department thanking us and saying everything looks great. This is a very brief special permit <br /> modification. The letter is in the packet signed by the abutter. It states 5 trees were moved <br /> 18 <br />
