of TMs s,s
z.
Aannin Board
c
16 Great Neck Road North
.wlashpee, Aassachusetts 02649
Mr. Milbury asked about the spacing between Jobs Fishing Road and asked if there was room
for beautification in that area.
Mr. Tobin noted the waiver is small and the applicant really respected the 75ft. vegetative
buffer, where some other projects are putting the building right on top of Route 28.
Ms. Faulknerwent over Ms. Christy's Civil Peer Review #3, and the three remaining
conditions:
- Consider approval prior to proceeding with any new construction, structure is located in
compliance with all requirements.
- Recommending the Board consider ground infiltration basin one and subservice systems
are confirmed prior to issuance
- Recommend condition of approval for a temporary construction fence near the rear of the
bike path to prevent unintended traffic until formal access is constructed.
Ms. Christy added the 3:1 slope and permanent erosion control which is important for the
location on the property. We need the grass to establish with an erosion blanket whether
permanent or biodegradable, it holds it together. It won't be signed off until all vegetative
surfaces are stable.
Mr. Bogosian used this on many projects, they see it work. He has one site that is extremely
steep and it works great. He would accept a condition for grass to grow in that area. He has an
example of a residential project and will provide photos.
Ms. Christy would prefer hydroseed to hand seed, which improves stabilization and will create
lawn turf. Mr. Bogosian stated hydroseed can be a condition.
Mr. Balzarini asked about the size of the dumpsters. Those were communicated through
Trader Joes and adequate for what exits at similar stores. There is a condition of the Cape Cod
Commission.
Mr. Hansen agrees with the access displayed now, it is much better than the original plan and
he thanked the applicant for making that adjustment. We have significant abutters to this
project. The Board has not heard from all abutters. We have heard many comments from
residents of Deer Crossing, both pros and cons and concerns. What does the Association have
6
