<br />Select Board <br />February 9,2026 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson to approve application as is and to give <br />permission To the Town Manager to work with the applicant for the purposes of renewal. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Review of Draft Select Board Policy 086 – Requests for Technology and Broadcast <br />Support <br />The Select Board reviewed a request submitted by the IT department to ensure that Zoom <br />and other technology requests follow internal procedures. The purpose is to safeguard the <br />system, prevent unauthorized or inappropriate activity, and reduce the risk of potential <br />security issues. <br /> Town Manager Rodney Collins noted that the IT director is available to answer any questions <br />about the protocol. It was clarified that the protocol does not add sta? but reduces the need <br />to call in emergency sta?. The Select Board agreed that requiring annual retraining is a good <br />practice to maintain proficiency as platforms and technology evolve. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to accept the IT request for Technology and <br />Broadcast Support- Policy NO 086 as proposed. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
