IMBO <br /> d"fr,,{ynr,fw VhP. <br /> w Mashpee lncCusion and'Diversity Committee <br /> 16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br /> Mashyee, M-A 0264.9 <br /> As part of the process to developing a Strategic Plan, the Vice Chair would hope that includes <br /> sharing the survey data with the Select Board. <br /> Mr. Klein referenced a former incident that happened in Town and the Town Manager came to <br /> this Committee for direction. Mr. Kupferman recalls a similar event when nasty graffiti was <br /> phoned into him because of his affiliation with the column at the time. <br /> Mr. Zefzaf suggested a written paragraph summarizing the data, which the Vice Chair plans to <br /> write, and once complete will forward to the members. <br /> Friendship Festival on Race Amity Day <br /> The name has been changed to Friendship Festival on Race Amity Day. Initially, a lot of people <br /> thought Race Amity Day was a road race. This new title will enhance attendance. They will <br /> stay true to hosting on the second Sunday in June. This will be the 6th anniversary. The <br /> subcommittee will be meeting tomorrow. <br /> Human Rights Club <br /> There is a meeting on Thursday, but the meetings have been stagnant due to the larger <br /> Barnstable Human Rights going through a restructuring. There will be a field trip at the end of <br /> this month. Historically, there have been some impactful projects, but the Who We Are <br /> immigration project died down. <br /> Cemetery Request <br /> Mohamad Zefzaf received a note from the DPW Director Catherine Laurent, inviting him to <br /> attend a meeting at 11:00AM tomorrow. Vice Chair Kupferman will attend at Mr. Zefzaf's <br /> request. <br /> Tribal Representative Update <br /> Amy Peters is the alternate representative, but there is still some confusion around Winnie <br /> Johnson-Graham's role, which will be left to the Tribe and Select Board to decide. <br /> Potential New Member Update <br /> Nawal Macedo will be interviewed at the following meeting in April. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Strategic Plan <br /> 3 <br />
